Terms of Engagement
Working Together
Please read that "What You'll Receive in a Web Build Package" to understand the process I undertake with clients to build their websites. This forms the basis of the Terms of Engagement.
The domain name and any associated email addresses are not included in the package price. Any plan offered by the website host is also not included. I can advise you on both of these elements as well as connecting a domain.
Once launched, there are no onward costs from El's & Co. regarding the website unless required.
Please be aware that as El's & Co. use external platform providers, we can make no guarantees on their pricing structure and only advertise fees and prices based on what is published by these platforms at the time.
Please note that all prices quoted whether for a website build or Tinkering Time include the opportunity for two rounds of revisions. Beyond that, Tinkering Time applies and will be quoted from that point moving forwards.
El's & Co. working hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and you can expect email replies and work to be undertaken within these hours.
Payment Methods
We accept Bank Transfer for services rendered.
We require 50% payment upfront at the point of booking, before any work is undertaken, and the remaining 50% at any point within 14 days after the build or task list for Tinkering Time has been completed. Full handover on builds is given once the full balance is settled.
Payment for services is non-refundable.
If you cancel within a week of your booked web build, the deposit is non-refundable and re-booking is at El's discretion.
